The iButton is a computer chip enclosed in a stainless steel can and is used for person identification in the access control systems. With its unique factory-lasered 64-Bit registration number provides absolute protection from any unauthorized copying. The steel iButton is small and portable enough to be affixed to snap-in plastic or metal key fob. The can is rugged enough to withstand harsh environments, indoors or outdoors.
